The backup retention times vary based on the service and the selected service plan. For the services that offer specific database restoration support (PostgreSQL and MySQL), the backups cover:

  • Hobbyist: not available¬†

  • Startup: 2 days

  • Business: 14 days

  • Premium: 30 days

The above backup history length also acts as the usable range for the "Point-in-Time-Recovery" feature of our PostgreSQL service plans.

In case of other services, backups cover only typically only two backups, that are automatically restored when the service is powered up.
