DNS names for services are created when you launch your service and it takes some time for the new name to propagate to name servers around the world.

We set the time-to-live of our names rather low, but some name resolution servers do not respect these low values and thus take more time to resolve new names. If you are unable to resolve the name immediately please wait a minute or two and try again.

It has come to our attention that SFR, a home internet provider, blocks DNS resolution for aivencloud.com domains. While we work with them to resolve this you can work around the problem by configuring your computer to use Cloudflare's DNS resolver at 1.1.1.1.
