It is not currently possible to change your account login email address directly. It is possible to migrate your Aiven resources from one account to another if you wish to start using another email address.

Important: Aiven support personnel cannot change your email address nor migrate projects between email addresses from support requests.

To start using an Aiven project from a new email address, invite your new email address to your existing project from the Members page of each project you wish to migrate.

Step by step:

  1. Click Members for the project
  2. Enter the email address of your new account. If you are switching emails, you will want to give your new account admin privileges.
  3. Click Send Invitation

Your new email address will receive an invitation to create an Aiven account which will then have access to the project. You need to do this for each of your projects. If your projects are managed by another user as part of an organization, then you may need to ask the administrator of those projects to add your new account and remove your old one.

Once you have confirmed your new account has correct privileges, you can remove your old email account from each of your projects by clicking the delete icon next to the old account:
